  1. Check your inbox for your shipping confirmation email — it’s sent as soon as your order leaves our hands.
  2. Click the tracking link inside that email.
  3. Follow your package’s journey in real time, from our print partner to your doorstep.

DIDN’T GET A SHIPPING EMAIL?

If it’s been more than 7 business days since you ordered and you haven’t received a shipping confirmation, check your spam folder first — then reach out via our Contact page with your order number.

TRACKING NOT UPDATING?

Tracking information can take 24–48 hours to activate after your label is created. If it’s been longer than that with no movement, contact us and we’ll look into it.
