PROCESSING TIME

Every item is made to order. Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 3–7 business days.

DELIVERY TIME

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.

SHIPPING RATES

Free shipping on all orders over $50. Standard shipping rates apply on orders below that threshold and will be calculated at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship worldwide. Please note: any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

DELAYS

Because everything is made to order, processing times may occasionally run longer during high-demand periods (holidays, big launches). If your order is significantly delayed, we'll reach out to let you know.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
